  • How are they applied?

      A: They are applied on a hair-by-hair basis so as to give you a totally natural look. You will be reclined on your back with your eyes closed. The extensions will be applied one by one by a trained, licensed beauty technician. This is very relaxing and many clients will fall asleep, and wake up refreshed with a brand new look to their eyes! Depending on the fullness or shape required, the initial service can take between 90 and 180 minutes.

  • How long will my lashes last?

    • Q: How long will my lashes last?

      A: This depends on how well you maintain them as well as the length of your natural growth cycle or you lashes, as lashes shed naturally, the extensions will fall out with your natural growth and fills will be necessary every 2-4 weeks to replace this occurrence. Care must be taken not to rub or scratch your eyes. Creams, cleansers, lotions and make up removers that are oil based, can also loosen the bond and cause premature loss of the extensions.

  • Can you swim and exercise while wearing extensions?

    • Q: Can you swim and exercise while wearing extensions?

      A: You can but it is preferable to wait at least 2 days from the application before doing this. This gives the bonding agent time to cure. Your professional will let you know all the do's and don't's with regard to eyelash extensions.

  • How about mascara?

      A: Water soluble mascara can be used, but most people wanting extensions are all about trying to cut out the use of messy, clumpy mascara. If you feel the need for using mascara, use it sparingly on the tips of the extensions for a fuller look, or see your professional for a fill, to give the same effect. Do not use waterproof mascaras.

  • Why do I need touch-ups?

    • Q: Why do I need touch-ups?

      A: This helps to maintain the fullness of lush lashes. Because your natural lashes have a life cycle of 2 to 3 months, to maintain a lush set of lashes, fills will be necessary to replace those lashes that naturally fall out. Depending on the number of lashes needed, the touch-up process may take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.

  • Do they feel any different to my natural lashes?

    • Q: Do they feel any different to my natural lashes?

      A: If the lashes are professionally and properly applied, you will feel no difference to what you felt before you had your new extensions applied.
